RETURNS

All items are exchangeable for online store credit or refund within 14 days of delivery. 

The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and sent to our return address in London.

Refund/credits will be issued upon receipt of returned items. 

Custom made pieces are final sale. However, they can be remade and resent upon request in case of any sizing issues.

The request will be considered on a case by case basis, ensuring the change is requested within reasonable measure.

SHIPPING

All our pieces are handwoven and handmade.

We cover all global shipping and customs fees. 

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed and delivered. If you have a shorter deadline, let us know and we will do our best to fulfil your order sooner.  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information. 

Please be sure to keep an eye out from DHL, our shipping provider, on email notifications about transit and delivery.
